I have been sewing quilts for 14 years. Once completed I carefully store then in a very large painted armoire. Recently there has been an overflow and my 26 year old daughter Anna Neumann designed this web site to sell our quilts. She has helped me to create several of these quilts. She will organize design, and iron while I sit at the sewing machine keeping it constantly working.
These quilts are machine pieced with 100% cotton fabric and have hanging sleeves unless specified otherwise. I prefer using a geometric format, often relying on tessellated shapes. I especially relish using a very large variety of prints for a very rich and unique appearance. Other quilts pictured here feature my own hand dyed, marbled, and painted fabrics to increase involvement with color selection and exploration. My main love is color relationships. |
